Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies


I made cookies today. I used the traditional back of the Tollhouse Chip Bag recipe. They are so yummy. I only baked off 8 of them the rest are to be frozen for later use. I scooped them with my small cookie scoop and put them on Saran Wrap Disposable cutting mats, they work well in the freezer for flash freezing especially if freezer room is an issue like it is in our case (but hey thats a good thing we have lots of food).
After they are frozen I will put them in a freezer bag then we can take them out as we want them. I like to keep cookie dough on hand like this.
